About Me

With 15 years of experience in retail management and many years in business-to-business sales, I design and implement programs that empower individuals to enhance their confidence in sales, leadership, and business endeavors. My approach focuses on leveraging a deep understanding of innate talents to drive growth and success across all areas of life.

My beginning

Successful Retail Management Career

During my 15-year retail management career, I ran a team of 20-30 employees at a national retail outlet, emphasizing employee culture and customer service. I was chosen as 1 of 10 leaders across the US to travel to New York City to complete the FKA (Freisen, Kaye and Associates) Instructional Techniques, Training-the-Trainer program. In 2007, my employer gifted to all their leaders the Strengthsfinders® 2.0 book, with the instructions to take the CliftonStrengths® assessment and become a better leader. While my top strength is Learner®; I don’t learn that way. Due to this, I never fully reaped the benefits of obtaining my Strengths profile.

My Story

Turning The Page

In 2008, I began my business-to-business insurance career. I’ve used my knowledge of sales and leadership to help many new agents learn to navigate the world of insurance sales. I’ve won many awards, a few trips and the satisfaction of knowing that I’m helping build a successful and effective team. 

In 2018, I decided to enhance my leadership skills by harnessing the power of recognizing innate talents. I started integrating the CliftonStrengths® assessment into my training programs, discovering that understanding my team’s strengths allowed me to maximize their potential. I pursued certification in August 2019 and subsequently launched my coaching business, dedicated to helping other business owners achieve greater success and growth.
