We make assumptions about ourselves, our employees, our coworkers and our teams all the time. Sometimes those assumptions are exactly what’s getting in the way.
I’m Kristie Weidmann. I help leaders and organizations understand what makes their people tick—and, more importantly, what to do with that information.
Through CliftonStrengths®, practical leadership development and a whole lot of curiosity, I help people move from “Why are they like that?” to “Ohhh…now I understand”.
I’ve spent more than 30 years working with people—from 14½ years managing retail teams to 18 years working with businesses and organizations in employee benefits.
Along the way, I learned something pretty important:
People aren’t one-size-fits-all.
CliftonStrengths® gave me a language for understanding why we think, communicate, work and lead so differently—and how those differences can actually make us stronger.
Today, I help leaders and organizations understand their people, challenge assumptions, and figure out what to do with all that information.
Because when we understand people better, work gets better.
I use CliftonStrengths®, practical leadership development, and a whole lot of curiosity to help individuals, leaders, and organizations understand what makes their people tick.
Because knowing your strengths is just the beginning.
The real value comes from knowing what to do with them—how to communicate better, build stronger teams, navigate differences, and create a workplace where people want to do their best work.
